Shahdeen Alam, DO

Dr. Shahdeen S. Alam is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Dr. Alam received his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. He then began his medical training at Brookwood Baptist Health Internal Medicine where he was soon promoted to Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Alam has received several honors and awards, including the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. Additionally, he has co-authored published research on syphilitic hepatitis and is a member of both the American Medical Association and Jefferson County Medical Society Board of Censors.
