What is the Patient Portal?

The Cullman Regional Medical Group Patient Portal is an online health electronic document management tool that includes a view of portions of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) from inpatient and outpatient visits at Cullman Regional. Including:

  • Test results
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • Medical Conditions
How do I access the Patient Portal once I have completed the invitation/account set-up process?

After you have completed the initial setup process, you will receive a link from IqHealth to register for the patient portal if you select to sign up for the portal during the registration process

Do I need special equipment?

No. All you need is access to a computer, an email account that matches the one provided during registration and an internet connection.

How do I set-up an account?

When you fill out your patient paperwork, be sure to select you would like to be invited to the Patient Portal. If you selected yes, please check email for the link. The answer to security question will be your zip code.

May my family/friends access the information found on my Portal?

Yes, but only after you have given them permission. As a patient of Cullman Regional, you can choose to give an authorized representative access to specific hospital visit information. You will be asked this information during the registration process.
