Dr. Elizabeth Wheeler is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 19 years of experience. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, where she then conducted her pathology internship, internal medicine internship and internal medicine residency. Dr. Wheeler was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy and served as Senior Medical Officer. She has received numerous awards throughout her career, including the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal.
